store.altechmind.com (operated by Altechmind Technologies (OPC) Private Limited) sells digital products only — software plugins, themes, tools and licences. No physical goods are shipped, so no shipping charges apply. Products are delivered to customers in India and internationally; international purchases are treated as exports of digital services.
How delivery works
- On successful payment and order completion, your licence key and downloads are made available in My Account → Licenses and sent to your registered email.
- Delivery is instant in most cases. If a bank/payment confirmation is delayed, delivery completes as soon as the order is marked paid/completed.
If you don’t receive your licence/download
- Check your email inbox and spam/junk folder (sender: support@altechmind.com).
- Sign in and open My Account → Licenses.
- If it still isn’t there, contact support@altechmind.com with your order number and we’ll resolve it promptly.
Updates
Products include updates for the updates window stated on the product page, delivered through your account / the product’s update mechanism while the window is active.
