These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of store.altechmind.com (the “Store”) and the digital products, plugins, themes, tools, licences, updates and support (collectively, “Products”) offered by Altechmind Technologies (OPC) Private Limited (“Altechmind”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing the Store, creating an account, or purchasing a Product, you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts and sign-in
- The Store uses passwordless sign-in — we email a one-time code to verify you. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure.
- You must provide accurate account and billing information and are responsible for all activity under your account.
- We may suspend or close accounts used in breach of these Terms or for fraud/abuse.
3. Products and licences
- Our Products are digital software licences. A purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Product, subject to the licence terms shown on the Product page and the End‑User Licence Agreement (EULA).
- Each licence specifies the number of sites/activations and an updates window (the period you receive updates and support). Unless stated otherwise, the Product’s features continue to work after the updates window ends; new updates and support require an active window or renewal.
- Licence keys are tied to your account. Sharing, reselling or redistributing keys or Products is not permitted unless the Product is expressly licensed for that.
4. Pricing, taxes and payment
- Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable GST is charged and a GST tax invoice is issued for each order (via our accounting system).
- Payments are processed by our third‑party payment partners, Cashfree Payments (for domestic and, where enabled, international card payments) and PayPal (for international payments). We do not store your full card/banking details.
- International / export orders: where you purchase from outside India, the sale is an export of digital services. Pricing, currency conversion and any applicable taxes are handled by the payment partner and in accordance with Indian export and GST regulations; an appropriate invoice is issued for such orders.
- We may change prices at any time; changes do not affect orders already placed.
5. Delivery
Products are delivered digitally. On successful payment and order completion, your licence key and downloads appear in My Account → Licenses and are emailed to you. No physical goods are shipped. See our Delivery Policy.
6. Refunds and cancellations
Because Products are digital and licence keys are delivered on purchase, refunds are limited to cases of duplicate payment, non‑delivery, or a material defect we cannot fix within a reasonable time. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) copy, resell, sublicense or redistribute Products except as permitted; (b) circumvent licence activation or usage limits; (c) use the Products unlawfully; or (d) disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Store or its systems.
8. Intellectual property
All Products, source code, designs, trademarks and content on the Store are owned by Altechmind or its licensors and are protected by law. No rights are granted except the limited licence you purchase.
9. Support
Support is provided through your account (Support / ticket system) and the Knowledge Base, subject to your Product’s updates/support window. Support covers installation, activation and defects — not custom development.
10. Warranties and liability
- Products are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We work to ensure they function as described but do not warrant uninterrupted or error‑free operation.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a Product is limited to the amount you paid for that Product in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date shows the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
